Making an Appointment

If you require assistance in connecting your computer to the network, Viruses, Spyware, Malware, or a more general computing issue, you may contact our office at (702) 895-1994 to speak to a technician.

We do not take appointments in the office, but we will be glad to see you in your room if you require assistance. However, we do ask that you be patient as we sometimes become busy and must serve students in the order in which they inform us of their problems.

When making tech appointments, we will need your name, your best phone number, room and complex. Then we will ask you to give a full description of your problem. If the problem is simple, we will attempt to offer advice over the phone, otherwise we will make an appointment with you as soon as is feasible.

Please note that we are only allowed to offer assistance on software issues and issues pertaining to your network connection. We will offer you assistance to the best of our abilities but we will not be able to do things such as:

• Reformatting Your Hard Drive
• Installing New Hardware
• Moving the network port in your room
