Welcome to campus! Check the important dates for the days and times to check into your complex. You can check in anytime during the designated dates and times unless you have made prior arrangements with Campus Housing to arrive early.

Early Arrivals

Are you living on campus for the first time and registered for new student orientation? If so, move in early and settle in before attending New Student Orientation on Thursday and Friday for no additional charge.

If you are required to be on campus for academic or extra-curricular activities prior to the regular check-in dates listed above, you may make arrangements to move-in early. See the list of important dates for the early move-in schedule.

Arrangements for early arrival housing must be made by the department requiring you to arrive early (e.g., the Athletic Dept, Honors College, etc.). You need to contact that department and ask them to notify Campus Housing of your early arrival date no later than August 1 for the fall semester or January 1 for the spring semester.

Your regular semester room and board fees and a non-refundable daily room and board fee ($40/day) must be paid prior to your arrival. The fee includes 3 meals/day.

Mail and packages will not be available to early arrivals. Regular mail service will begin on the first day of classes of the semester.
