- Make some important decisions about what you want your lifestyle at UNLV to be:
- If you wish to request a specific roommate, please include his or her name and student number in the space provided in the application.
- Answer the Roommate Matching Questions honestly and frankly. You must answer these questions even if you've requested a single room or specific roommate. If you are a parent helping your student complete the application, please discuss these answers with your student before submitting the application.
- Please remember that every effort will be made to honor your assignment requests and that preferences cannot always be guaranteed.
- List your living environment preferences by choosing first, second and third options in the spaces provided. If you do not indicate preferences, you will be assigned to any available room. For additional information, refer to the living environments descriptions.
- Select your preferred meal plan option. Traditional freshmen may choose a 14 meal/week plan or higher. Apply Online. Because the application is 100% electronic you will see a warning about the certificate of the site. Please accept the certificate to proceed with the application.
- Carefully review the Terms & Conditions and please note that all housing contracts are for one full academic year. You will sign an electronic copy of the Terms and Conditions of the Residence and Dining Hall Contract when you complete your housing application and you will sign it again when you check in. Students are held accountable for this contract.
- Review your application to be sure you've completed all of the required fields and correctly indicated your preferences. Incomplete contracts will not be processed and could affect your assignment preferences.
- Please be sure to check your e-mail for your housing application confirmation and add our e-mail to your "safe list".
- Activate your Rebel Mail e-mail account; this is the method Campus Housing and the university will use to communicate with you.
- If you are unable to access the online application please contact Campus Housing at 895-3489 for assistance.
