Campus Housing Fees & Important Information

  • Housing fees are updated each year and are subject to review by the Board of Regents.
  • The following fees apply to campus housing only. For more information on tuition and other fees, see the UNLV Office of Student Accounts website . Students are responsible for paying for fees on time. Although Campus Housing distributes a statement of your account as a courtesy, you will not be sent a bill for your fees.
  • If you need financial aid to pay all or some of your housing fees, contact the Student Financial Services Office as soon as possible. Processing financial aid application can take two months or longer, so don't delay.
  • If you've secured your financial aid, learn how to use your aid to pay for your housing fees.
  • Need to save money? Learn how to keep your expenses down while living on campus.
  • All correspondence regarding campus housing, including account statement reminders, is sent to the student at their RebelMail e-mail address. It's the student's responsibility to share information with parents, guardians or others as necessary.
  • The Space Reservation Fee is $125 and is paid when you submit your Residence and Dining Hall application online.   Please keep in mind that you cannot use financial aid to pay this fee.  
  • Our office accepts cash, checks (made payable to Board of Regents), money orders, cashier's checks and all major debit/credit cards.
    Don't wait in line, go online!   If you would like to pay online, you may do so utilizing the registration website, which requires the student's ID number and pin.
    Campus Housing cannot accept payments by phone.

The 2009-2010 Room & Board fees are pending approval by the Board of Regents and are subject to change.
Residence Hall Room: $3,273 per semester and $6,546 per year
