If you’re paying for Room and Board with financial aid keep in mind that:
Financial aid cannot be used for the $125 Space Reservation Fee.
Your name must appear on the financial aid roster by the due date of the fee payment.
You financial aid must be used to pay your tuition before any funds are applied toward your Room and Board fees.
If your financial aid will not cover all of your Room and Board fees, you are responsible for paying the balance according to the payment schedule.
If your financial aid is more than is currently due under the Room and Board fees schedule, the surplus will be carried over to cover the next payment due.
You will not be charged the $20 installment fee if you have been approved for financial aid and are not paying the Room and Board fees in full. Residents who have applied for, but have not yet received financial aid are subject to the installment fee and are responsible for making their Room and Board payments on time.
Please note that the financial statement issued by the UNLV cashier’s office may not accurately reflect the Campus Housing fees deducted from your account. The correct account information will appear on your Campus Housing statement, which will be sent to your campus mailbox.
