Facilities Team Student Workers assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the residence halls. They work alongside the janitorial staff to help keep a clean and well maintained environment.

Prerequisites

Upon applying for a Facilities Team position, you must:

  • Be a currently registered undergraduate or graduate student at UNLV
  • pass a background check.
  • Be a resident in Campus Housing
  • Have at least a 2.0 GPA
  • Have a desire to learn and succeed.

Hours

Typically, you can expect to work:

  • 10 - 20 hours per week.

Duties

As a Facilities Team Student Worker, you must:

  • Work all scheduled hours.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining the residence halls.
  • Maintain contact with hall residents in both customer service and casual situations.
